1. Who operates Beside

Beside operates this service and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@enloq.co.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Checkout information. Stripe may collect the purchaser's name, email, phone number, billing details, and payment information. We may receive contact details, payment status, and a checkout reference from Stripe, but we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Onboarding information. The purchaser's relationship to the parent, the parent's name and phone number, general location or time zone, preferred contact window, optional routine or communication notes, and confirmation that the parent knows we may contact them.
• Communications. Messages and support requests sent to us, along with information the parent chooses to share after they opt in.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically process device, browser, IP address, usage, and security information needed to operate and protect the site.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• match an onboarding submission to a completed checkout;
• contact the parent, explain the service, and request opt-in;
• deliver the purchased check-ins and family follow-through;
• respond to questions and provide customer support;
• prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
• meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Parent information and consent

A purchaser may provide a parent's contact details so we can introduce Beside. The purchaser must tell the parent that Beside may contact them. We explain the service and ask the parent to opt in before beginning ongoing check-ins. A parent can decline or stop at any time.

5. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run Beside, only for the purposes described above. These include OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites for website hosting and storage, Stripe for payment processing, and an email or communications provider when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure. We generally delete operational onboarding and service information within 90 days after the 30-day service ends, unless we need to keep it longer for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Stripe keeps payment records according to its own policies.

7. Storage and international processing

Beside and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those where you live. ChatGPT Sites does not currently offer data-residency controls for site data.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, email contact@enloq.co. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children

Beside is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Please do not provide information about a child through this site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
